Once your return is approved and the returned item has been received and checked, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Refunds apply only to approved returns. Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging may not qualify.
If your item has a defect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After the return is approved and the item is received, we will arrange a refund of the same amount or a voucher of the same value, according to your preference.
Refunds are subject to return approval and applicable law.
